Go to Channels
Search for Magento 2
Tap on Add this
Enter the Store Email
Enter your store URL
Enter the username you have used on store
Enter the password of the same Username
Store ID Optional
Split orders at item level
Add channel
Under Channel Settings Map the Order status
Additionally : If you have the paid version to mange returns then turn on the Amasty RMA Returns Settings Toggle on
