How to add an offline channel
Adding Offline store:
Add a channel; click on add this; Add channel title; channel short code; add channel.
A new offline channel has been added to your browntape account.
How to manually and an offline order on Browntape
Steps to follow to add an offline order:
· Login in to your Browntape account.
· Click on Add an Order
· Fill in all the necessary details using Drop downs and click on Submit to create an order.
Click on submit.
Adding orders in Bulk on Browntape:
· On the channels page, go to the settings under your offline store.
· Below is a sample CVV file where you need to download ; then add order details about the order. All the fields mentioned are mandatory.
· Upload this file.; from the device.
· Drag and drop the CSV file in the space provided. Upload data by submitting the same.
