Removing Delivery Slip

It may happen that after being tagged some of the delivery slips may need to be untagged or removed from a POS Bill. This article explains how to untag or remove a delivery slip from a POS Bill.

Step-by-step guide

The following steps are involved:

  1. Go to the Bill menu or press F4 in the Collection Centre module and then select Remove Delivery Slip option. Alternatively press Ctrl+8 or click Remove Delivery Slip  in the Collection Centre Taskpad.

  2. Remove Delivery Slip window opens up, displaying all delivery slips which contain the items shown in the billing area.

  3. Select the Delivery Slip/s you wish to remove from being tagged to this POS bill.

    Note: You can select all displayed Delivery Slips to be removed or none to be removed at all.

  4. Click on Remove to remove the selected Delivery Slips.

  5. Click on Close to close the window.
