SYMPTOMS

While updating with the GINESYS HO AutoUpdater the following message was seen - "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection" - and update stopped.

CAUSE

One of the probable causes of this issue is the HO AutoUpdater application getting locked.
