Adding, Editing & Exporting to Excel Tender

Tender Master is a new introduction in Ginesys ERP. Tender is basically a Mode of Payment which will be used for all the online retail sale transactions i.e. BT integration, Zwing integration, Retail sale entry from front end etc. Currently in absence this master we were using POS MOP master. Hence forth POS MOP master will be only used for Ginesys POS sites alone.

 Add Tender

Pre-requisite

  1. The users' role must have access to the Add app operation in the Tender feature in Sales & Distribution - Retail - Retail Store Masters(Zwing) through Roles in Ginesys Web - Admin - Security.

Step-by-step guide

Following steps are used:

  1. Go to Ginesys Web > Sales & distribution > Retail > Retail Store Masters(Zwing) > Tender.

  2. Click on the Add button.

  3. Tender  window will open.


 Edit Tender

Pre-requisite

  1. The users' role must have access to the Edit app operation in the Tender feature in Sales & Distribution - Retail - Retail Store Masters(Zwing) through Roles in Ginesys Web - Admin - Security.

Step-by-step guide

Following steps are used:

  1. Go to Ginesys Web > Sales & distribution > Retail > Retail Store Masters(Zwing) > Tender.

  2. Go to Action button.

  3. Click on the Edit button.

  4. Tender  window will open in Edit mode.

 Export to Excel

User can download an excel file of total record of the Tender through Export to Excel.


Step-by-step guide

Following steps are used:

  1. Go to Ginesys Web > Sales & Distribution >Retail > Retail Store Masters(Zwing) > Tender .

  2. Go to the Actions > Export to Excel.

  3. User will get a notification - "Excel Exported Successfully."

  4. One excel file will be downloaded containing the total record of the Tender.

Important Points to Note

  • All MOPs that are tagged in the Browntape connected app will get created as a tender with respective ledger and Sub ledgers tagging.
  • Migrate extinct flag of the MOP also. (If MOP is allocated in the connected app but marked as extinct in MOP master then create tender with extinct value)
  • For MOPs like GV and CN, populate ledgers from OU.
  • MOP id in the BT connected app will get updated with the Tender id after creation.
  • All retail sale transaction related to BT connected app will also get updated with Tender id in place of MOP id.
