SYMPTOMS

"Cannot Sync reports" - Error message is being displayed and Ginesys Web Reports opening with the following errors - 

Cannot Sync reports:

CAUSE

One of the causes for the above issue is that the Read/ Write permissions have not been provided to IIS Users for Ginesys Web Reports

RESOLUTION

Follow the steps given below to resolve the issue.

  1. In the GINESYS Report Installation Guide, follow steps 4 and 5.

    Note: The permissions have to be given for both, GINESYSReportAPI folder and GINESYSReportUI folder.
