Ginesys POS allows you to take payments using credit/debit card. This article will demonstrate how to take payment with credit/debit card in Ginesys POS.

Pre-requisites

1. Credit card as a MOP must be assigned to the store.
   
   
2. EDC machine needs to be installed and integrated.

Step-by-step guide

You can use the Credit Card option in the following way:

1. Add items to the bill.
   
   
2. Click on the Payment button or press F8 key. The Accept Payments window appears.
   
   
3. Enter the amount beside the Credit Card option and press Enter. Enter Credit Card Details window opens.
   
   

4. Enter the credit card details either by scanning it with the EDC or enter it manually in the space provided.

   Important

   Note: The Credit Card number and the validity details are mandatory fields.

5. Then click on OK.
