This article describes how to create Stock Audit Plan at HO.
Add (POS) Stock Audit Plan
Prerequisites
- The users' role must have access to the Stock Audit Plan feature by enabling Add / Edit / Delete app operation for the feature in Admin - Security - User - Role through POS Management - Operation - Process.
- Item master must be present.
- Valid sites must be present.
Step-by-step guide
The steps are as follows:
- Go to POS Management > Operations > Stock Audit Plan. The Stock Audit Plan List module appears.
- Click on the Add button. The Stock Audit Plan window opens.
- Under the Main tab, you need to enter the Plan Name as this field is mandatory.
- You also need to enter items that would be audited in the plan in the Assortment section.
To do so, follow the steps below:
- Click on the Add button.
Fill in the details of the item in the column marked as Division, Section, Department etc from the drop-down list.
- Click on the Update option.
- Enter other items using the same process.
- Once all necessary items are added, click on the Allocated to Site tab.
- In the Available published sites section, select the site / sites you want to allocate the audit plan to and click on the right arrow to populate the site in the Allocated to Site section.
- Click on Save & Close button.
- Sync HO and POS.
Delete (POS) Stock Audit Plan
Prerequisites
- The users' role must have access to the Stock Audit Plan feature by enabling Add / Edit / Delete app operation for the feature in Admin - Security - User - Role through POS Management - Operation - Process.
- Stock Audit Plan must be created.
Step-by-step guide
The steps are as follows:
- Go to POS Management > Operations > Stock Audit Plan.
- Stock Audit Plan window will open.
- Select the Stock Audit Plan from list view.
- Go to Action > Delete.
- You will get a message - "Do yo want to delete the selected plan?"
- If you click on Yes, you will get a confirmation message "<Stock Audit Plan No.> - Deleted Successfully".
