Scenario:

  1. Create a bill with a few items in MSCOCM--> Perform Data Sync
  2. In MSOOCM, tag the customer and return 1 or more items from the bill created in MSCOCM in step 1
  3. Add one or more items(for normal sale) when selecting items through both scanning and item list.
  4. After all the items have been added, either for return or sale, click F8 for Payment.
  5. Observation:- A pop-up window with the following error message comes up: "Unable to cast object of type 'System.DBNull' to type 'System.String'."
