Adding, Editing & Deleting Assortment



 Add Assortment

Prerequisites

  1. The users' role must have access to the Assortment feature by enabling Add app operation for the feature in Admin - Security - User - Role through POS Management - Incentive - Manage - Assortment Definition.

  2. The Assortment must be already created.

Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

  1. Go to Ginesys Web > POS Management> Incentive > Manage > Assortment Definition..

  2. Salesman Incentive - Define Assortment window will open.

  3. Click on Add button.

  4. Salesman Incentive - Assortment window will open.


  5. Put in the Assortment Name and Description.

  6. Click on Select Item to add items to the assortment.

  7. Same as you can select some items to Exclude from assortment. 

  8. Put in the Price Range Basis, either MRP or RSP.

  9. Put in the Price Range between which you want to give incentive.
     
  10. Put in the Date Range between which you want to give the incentive. 

  11. Click on OK.

  12. The newly created assortment will be saved.
 Edit Assorment

Prerequisites

  1. The users' role must have access to the Assortment feature by enabling Edit app operation for the feature in Admin - Security - User - Role through  POS Management- Incentive - Assortment Definition.

  2. The Assortment must be already created.

Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

  1. Go to POS Management> Incentive > Manage > Assortment Definition.

  2. The Assortment module opens.

  3. Click the Assortment you want to edit and select the edit option from the Action button or  Double click on the Assortment directly to open it.

  4. Assortment window will open. 

  5. All the data will be populate in respective fields.

  6. Modify the records you want to.

  7. Click on the Save & Close button to save the modified data.
 Delete Assortment

Prerequisites

  1. The users' role must have access to the Assortment feature by enabling Delete app operation for the feature in Admin - Security - User - Role through POS Management - Incentive - Assortment Definition.

  2. The Assortment must be already created.

Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

  1. Go to POS Management > Incentive > Manage > Assortment Definition.

  2. The Assortment module opens.

  3. Click the Assortment you want to modify and select the Delete option from the Action button.

  4. A confirmation window will appear with the message - ...Are you sure you want to delete this transaction? if you want to proceed, click Yes, or else click No.

  5. If you select Yes, then a message - ... Document successfully deleted . - will be displayed.

  6. If you select No, then you will be directed back to the Assortment module.

 Advance Search

Prerequisites

  1. The users' role must have access to the Assortment feature by enabling advance Search app operation for the feature in Admin - Security - User - Role through  POS Management- Incentive - Assortment Definition.
  2. The Assortment must be already created.

Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

  1. Go to  POS Management> Incentive > Assortment Definition.

  2. The Assortment module opens.


  3. Click on the Action button then go to Advance Search option.

  4. A window will appear.

  5. You have to fill the mandatory field like Barcode where you will give the barcode of the item for which you are searching.

  6. Next  select the option for Search In field from a drop down list- All, Assortment to Include ,Assortment to Exclude.

                    When you select Assortment Include It will show items from Assortment Include.

                    When you select Assortment Exclude It will show items from Assortment Exclude.

                    When you select All It will show items from Assortment Include & Assortment Exclude both. It is also the default value of this field.

       7. Done, click on search. Then it will show you the assortment(s) where the item is.
