Adding & Editing (POS) Stock Audit Plan at HO

This article describes how to create Stock Audit Plan at HO.


 Add (POS) Stock Audit Plan

Prerequisites

  1. The users' role must have access to the Stock Audit Plan feature by enabling Add / Edit / Delete app operation for the feature in Admin - Security - User - Role through POS Management - Operation - Process.

  2. Item master must be present.

  3. Valid sites must be present.

Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

  1. Go to POS Management > Operations > Stock Audit Plan. The Stock Audit Plan List module appears.

  2. Click on the Add button. The Stock Audit Plan window opens.

  3. Under the Main tab, you need to enter the Plan Name as this field is mandatory.

  4. You also need to enter items that would be audited in the plan in the Assortment section.
    To do so, follow the steps below:
    1. Click on the Add button.
    2. Fill in the details of the item in the column marked as Division, Section, Department etc from the drop-down list.

      Tip regarding selection of item

      You can choose the Division first, then the Section and so on. This will help in narrowing down your search for the required item.

      In case you fill Section first, then try to change the Division, the Section field will become empty once a new Division has been chosen.

    3. Click on the Update option.
    4. Enter other items using the same process.

  5. Once all necessary items are added, click on the Allocated to Site tab.

  6. In the Available published sites section, select the site / sites you want to allocate the audit plan to and click on the right arrow to populate the site in the Allocated to Site section.

  7. Click on Save & Close button.


  8. Sync HO and POS.
 Delete (POS) Stock Audit Plan

Prerequisites

  1. The users' role must have access to the Stock Audit Plan feature by enabling Add / Edit / Delete app operation for the feature in Admin - Security - User - Role through  POS Management - Operation - Process.

  2. Stock Audit Plan must be created.

Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

  1. Go to POS Management  > Operations > Stock Audit Plan

  2. Stock Audit Plan  window will open.

  3. Select the Stock Audit Plan from list view.

  4. Go to Action > Delete.

  5. You will get a message - "Do yo want to delete the selected plan?"

  6. If you click on Yes, you will get a confirmation message "<Stock Audit Plan No.> - Deleted Successfully".
