Adding, Editing, Deleting & Printing Incoming LR in Ginesys Web

When the supplier books the goods transfer with the transporter, the transporter provides the Logistic Receipt / Lorry Receipt containing the shipment information. How To: Manage Incoming LR describes how to manage LR document in Ginesys HO.

When the supplier books the goods transfer with the transporter, the transporter provides the Logistic Receipt / Lorry Receipt containing the shipment information. The supplier further transfers that LR to you to receive the goods. The transporter will provide the goods on providing the logistic receipt only. Once you receive the logistic receipt from the supplier with the invoice as couriered to you, you would have to create a logistic receipt in the system so that you can tag the LR with the Goods Receive Challan you will be doing. Similarly, in case of sales return, you would receive the LR copy from the customer in case he is returning the goods to receive them from the transporter.
