How To: Use the Printing is ON/OFF (Click to change) feature

The Printing is ON/OFF (Click to change) feature is a toggle option which enables you to know if your system is connected to a printer. This helps you to understand if the printer is ready to print your bills.

Pre-requisites

1. The users' role must have access to the Set Printer Off feature by enabling the app operation for the feature in Admin - Security - Roles (Cashier etc)- Access Rights - Normal POS.
   
   
2. The system needs to be connected to a printer.

Step-by-step guide

The steps are as follows:

1. Open the Tasks menu (or press shortcut key F5).
   
   
2. If it is ON, then after saving the bill, the bill will be printed directly.
   
   
3. If it is off, then click on the Printing is ON/OFF(Click to change) option to turn it on.
   
   
4. Then try printing again.
