Managing Chart of Accounts in Ginesys ERP Admin

Chart of Accounts module contains list of account documents of Ginesys HO. 

This article is a collation of all Organization articles that will enable creation and management of product through GINESYS in the mentioned order:

  1. The Account Group allows the segregation of the various accounts into groups and sub groups for easier management of the organization’s accounts. Setting up the Account Group describes the process of setup account group.  


  2. Account Class allows the facility to further segregate the accounts of the supplier/customer, etc.,  as required for reporting purposes. Setting up the Account Class describes the process of setup account class.  


  3. Ledger is a record of total economic transactions. A ledger records summarized financial information as debits and credits, and shows their current balances. Managing the Ledger Master describes the process of setup ledger.  


  4. sub ledger, or subsidiary ledger, is a subset of the general ledger used in accounting. It shows details for part of the accounting records such as property and equipment, prepaid expenses, etc. Adding Sub Ledger-Others describes the process of setup sub ledger. 


  5. The Currency Master is a storage for the records of the different currencies that you might need for your business. Setting up the Currency Master describes the process of setup currency master.
