Replacing POS Analytics Reports with Corresponding Web Reports

POS Analytics Report designer and viewer in HO will not be available for reporting purposes, from 30th September 2022. However, POS Analytics Report will be available in POS Sites. Any report that needs to be circulated, has to be designed in at any Site and then has to be circulated to other stores. As an alternative to the above long process, we already have relevant reports in the Web Report platform. The comparison table for the reports which are available in Web Report platform is furnished below. Customers are requested to prepare alternative reports in Web Report Platform based on the alternative available in Web Report (mentioned in the comparison table).

However, if any assistance needed at customer end to prepare alternative reports in Web Report, they can raise a ticket in our support portal.

In case, Ginesys customers need any customizations that were done on the generic POS Analytics HO, they need to create the reports on their own in Web Report based on the generic POS Analytics Reports in HO which they are currently using.
