Report Description | This Report will display inventory ageing of all sites based on the inward transactions for respective site. It includes FIFO stock value also. The value will be perfect if the cube get refreshed after proper COGS finalization as this data source is based on 'Stock Aging Analysis' cube. You need to create/refresh the cube to get the required result. Note : Performance will impact for large data volume | ||
Report Objective | This Report is designed to display stock ageing (qty and Amount) for each site at Department level. | ||

Selections | Name | Selection type | Objective |
Cube Name | Single | User need to select a Cube Name (I.e. Stock Ageing Analysis Cube) from the list. The report data to be shown based on the same. | |
Division | Multiple | User can opt report for a specific Division by selecting any one from the list | |
Section | Multiple | User can opt report for a specific Division by selecting any one from the list. List of item in the selection window is dependent on the previous selection. | |
Department | Multiple | User can opt report for a specific Section by selecting any one from the list. List of item in the selection window is dependent on the previous selection. | |

NB : Default Ageing slab used in Report can be modified as per need from Ginesys Back End. The changed age slab will be effective in all relevant Inventory Report. Ageing Slab can not be defined for a specific report. For modification of Ageing Slab user need to contact Ginesys Support Team. | ||
