This report will display site wise item group wise Inventory Valuation. This Report will provide closing quantity as well as value based on the selected criteria. Since this report is based on 'Stock Book' Cube, it is required to refresh the cube and based on the cube output the report display record. The As On Date will be as per the selected cube's 'End Date'. Further, if Price Control is not applicable / not available then item masters RSP/MRP to be considered.

This Report is designed to get Inventory Valuation at various levels and Various Valuation methods at one go.

Report Level

Single

User can see the Report at ‘Organization Unit’ Level when ‘Ou’ is selected. If user opt for ‘Site’ then the report will be shown at ‘Site’ level

Group Level

Single

Report can be grouped at Division, Section, Department level depending on the user choice. In this option user can choose the same.

Valuation On

Single

User can opt any one option from the following to get the valuation of the stock.

Cost Rate : It will return FIFO based valuation dependent on the COGS process

MRP : It will return Item Master’s MRP based Valuation

MRP (Price Control): If Price Control Applicable for the site the stock value will return on the same if not applicable then normal MRP based will be returned

RSP : It will return Item Master’s RSP based Valuation

RSP (Price Control): If Price Control Applicable for the site the stock value will return on the same if not applicable then normal RSP based will be returned

WSP : It will return Item Master’s WSP based Valuation

Division

Single

User can opt report for a specific Division by selecting any one from the list. ‘ALL’ can be selected if no specification is needed

Section (for selected Division)

Single

User can opt report for a specific Section by selecting any one from the list. ‘ALL’ can be selected if no specification is needed

Department (for selected Section)

Single

User can opt report for a specific Department by selecting any one from the list. ‘ALL’ can be selected if no specification is needed

Site type

Single

User can opt any one site type from the list for the report else ‘ALL’ can be selected for report with out any specification.

The options available in the list are

Customer Owned Store Site , Organization Owned Store Site, Organization Site

Sites (for selected Site Type)

Single

User can opt for any specific Site from the list. If no specific site needed to select then can opt for ‘ALL’

OU Name

Single

If Report level is considered as ‘OU’ then only user can opt for any specific OU name from the List. If no specific OU need to be selected then need to choose ‘ALL’.

If Report Level is considered as ‘Site’ then there will not be any option to select except ‘ALL’

Show detail report

Single

If user opt for ‘Yes’ then Report will have Item information else it will as per the selected ‘Group level’

Cube Code

Single

Since this Report is based on Cube, use need to select a Cube Code for the Report

Cube Name

Single

Since this Report is based on Cube, use need to select a Cube Name for the Report. If Cube Code already selected then not required to select.

Stock Book Summary Cube need to be refreshed for this Report
