Apply Price Override in WebPOS
Price Override is a crucial function in Zwing WebPOS, empowering you to modify or override the prices of items while billing. This feature provides flexibility for accommodating pricing issues, ensuring a seamless and adaptable checkout process for both customers and your staff.
Override Price of a Product
You can apply price override on any product in cart during billing.
Tap on a product’s name in cart to open the Product details popup.
Then tap on Price Override.
Enter the updated price of the product and then tap on Apply Override to confirm the change.
The applied Price Override will be visible in the Product details popup. Close the popup to resume billing.
Please note that this only changes the price of the product temporarily for the current bill only, if the product is removed from cart or a new bill is started, any override information will be lost.
Remove Price Override from a Product
To remove applied price override, remove the product from the Cart. Scan or add the same product again to add it with the original price. While this may appear restrictive, it has been implemented to prevent any pricing discrepancies.
