In Zwing WebPOS, Closing a Session is essential for reconciling sales and payments, maintaining security, and generating accurate reports. It marks the end of a shift and supports the handover of responsibilities, contributing to efficient operations.
Close an active Session in WebPOS
Follow the steps below:
Open the sidebar menu.
Tap on the Close Session option.
Enter the Closing Balance in the popup that opens.
- If Specify Denomination is enabled in Zwing Console Policies, you will be required to specify denominations and their quantities to complete session closure.
Tap on the Continue button to close your session.
