You can add notes or special instructions related to specific products while billing in WebPOS to enhance communication and streamline orders.

Add Item Remark to a Product

To add an item-level remark to any product in cart:

  1. Tap on a product’s name in cart to open the Product details popup.

  2. Here you can type your remarks in the Item Remark input box.

  3. Tap on Update Product or simply close the popup to resume billing.
