In Zwing WebPOS, the process of Opening a Session is a critical step that sets the stage for accurate and accountable transactions. It ensures that each shift begins with a clean slate, enabling precise tracking.

Open a new Session in WebPOS

Follow the steps below:

  1. Open the sidebar menu.

  2. Tap on the Open Session option.

  1. Enter the Opening Balance in the popup that opens.

  1. If Specify Denomination is enabled in Zwing Console Policies, you will be required to specify denominations and their quantities to complete session opening.

  1. Tap on the Continue button to open your session.
