Add Customer in WebPOS
Zwing WebPOS allows you to add new customers or tag existing customers while billing. You can update additional customer information, including GST details and default preference for Sales or Tax Invoice.
Add Customer
To tag a customer to a bill:
Tap on the + Add New Customer link on the Cart page.
Enter customer’s Phone Number in popup that opens, and tap Continue to proceed.
If the entered phone number belongs to an existing customer, the Customer Information popup will already be populated with existing details. Simply tap Start Billing to resume billing.
Add Customer Information
For a new customer you are required to enter the mandatory customer details, marked by an * (asterisk).
Once all required details have been entered, tap on Start Billing to resume Billing.
The tagged customer’s details will now be visible under the Customer Information section on the Cart page. Tap on the Expand icon to re-open the Customer Information popup, allowing you to update information or untag the customer.
