Redeem Gift Vouchers in WebPOS
In Zwing WebPOS, Gift Vouchers or prepaid cards sold to or received by customers can be used in purchases during Checkout as a Mode of Payment. Gift Vouchers can be configured for redemption based on a variety of conditions, giving you greater flexibility. You can allow redemption only on specific products upto a maximum limit, or in certain stores for limited time period.
Redeem Gift Voucher using Voucher Code
To redeem Gift Voucher using the corresponding voucher code:
Tap on the Redeem Voucher option in the list of payment methods (Mode of Payments or MoP) on the left-hand side of the Checkout page.
In the Redeem Gift Voucher popup, enter the voucher code in the input box to the right. You can also scan the voucher code directly using a connected scanner.
Ensure the correct Gift Voucher is selected, then tap on the Redeem button.
Applied Gift Voucher can be seen in the Payments summary section at the bottom of the Checkout page.
Redeem Gift Voucher using tagged Phone Number
To redeem Gift Voucher using phone number:
Tap on the Redeem Voucher option in the list of payment methods (Mode of Payments or MoP) on the left-hand side of the Checkout page.
In the Redeem Gift Voucher popup, enter the tagged phone number code in the input box to the left.
A gift voucher can be redeemed using Phone Number option only if the voucher has been tagged with a phone number when it was sold.
Select the required Gift Vouchers that the customer wishes to redeem.
Tap on the Redeem button to complete redemption.
Applied Gift Voucher can be seen in the Payments summary section at the bottom of the Checkout page.
Remove applied Gift Voucher
To remove an already applied Gift Voucher:
Tap on the icon, next to the applied Gift Voucher in the Payments summary section at the bottom of the Checkout page.
In the confirmation popup, tap on the Yes, Remove button to remove the Voucher.
