POS Bill not printing after GINESYS has been installed
SYMPTOMS
User is unable to print the bill after GINESYS has been installed for the first time.
CAUSE
There are many probable causes for this issue to appear-
- The printer may not be working.
- Report Layout might not be mapped properly (rpt).
- Crystal Report 13.0.20 might not be installed properly
- .Net framework 4.6.2 might not be installed properly.
RESOLUTION
A probable resolution of this issue might be achieved by following the given steps:
- Run a test print and see if it is working fine. Otherwise contact your IT maintenance.
- Go to the POS Terminal settings – Reports tab. Here select and tag the Report Layout (
.rpt
)
- Install Crystal Report 13.0.20.
- Install .Net Framework 4.6.2.
