8053 Item exchange to now allow higher priced (RSP) Items

Enhancement Summary:

Previously, on using the exchange option, the system restricted scanning of items which were priced higher than the returned item. But now with this update, the system will allow such exchange. 

Scenario:

The impact for such an exchange will be as follows: The discount benefit of the returned item will get posted in the exchanged item and the difference will have to be paid by the customer.

For example - 

The returned / exchanged item's RSP was ₹3000/- which on promotion of 20% discount was sold at the net price of ₹2500/-. Now suppose the new item's RSP is ₹3100/-, then the system will auto apply the discount of ₹500/- as and make the net price applicable for this item as ₹2600/-. Now the difference of ₹(2600-2500 = 100)/- will have to be paid by the customer.

Item exchange will now treat the returned item's promo/discount as Item discount in exchanged Item

Enhancement Summary:

Previously, in the exchanged item, all the discounts were copied as-is in the new item. This lead to analysis issues, like a type of discount which is currently not applicable on the new item but was applicable on the exchanged items, was showing as applied on the new item. To clear such misrepresentation, now the system will consolidate all discounts (except loyalty) and post it as a single Item discount with specific discount description which will make reporting easier. 

Scenario:

For example, suppose in the returned / exchanged item, 2 discounts were applied, promotion of ₹100/- and Item Discount of ₹50/-, now with this update, the system will sum all the discounts to a single Item discount, i.e., ₹150/- with a particular description.
