In such cases, when the POS data is synced to HO, a manual process of syncing with EMR already exists. Now, along with the manual process, an automatic process of sync with EMR have been provided. Any bills, not synced with EMR at POS end, will automatically be synced with EMR from HO. This automation will ensure that no accrual or redemption will be missed by the customer. Scenario: N.A. |
