Important information

As a product strategy to ensure long term customer convenience, we are merging all our reporting solutions on to a single reporting platform - Ginesys Reports.
Ginesys Reports, a futuristic web-based reporting platform was introduced in Ginesys in April 2017. We are regularly enhancing the span and capability of this report module. All other reporting solutions have become non-functional and will remain unsupported. 
We request you to please use the Ginesys Reports (Web) module for all reporting purposes.
The all-new GINESYS Reporting System has been developed to allow GINESYS users complete freedom and access to all kinds of data captured through the GINESYS Software.
•  It is a fast, accurate, secure, and fully web-based reporting platform.
•  It is browser independent and operating system independent.
•  It is a convenient and flexible tool that requires minimal IT knowledge to build beautiful, organised and meaningful reports.
•  It has the facility of churning reports, with an easy intuitive interface, that can be customized easily.
•  It can be conveniently used by non-technical users, power users, etc. – virtually everyone across the organisation.
•  Users have the facility of getting the reports delivered at user-scheduled intervals to various stakeholders over electronic mails and messages.
•  Ease of use with advanced functionality while allowing ultimate control over user experience is the hallmark of the solution.

There are already many reports readily available for usage. But that's not all, you also have the option of creating reports to suit your specific business needs. Moreover, if you have any specific report requirement, you may want to share the same with us. We shall sincerely validate the feasibility and assist you further to develop such reports.
We assure you that Ginesys Reports have been adopted and rolled-out keeping the future in mind and shall take our customer to the road towards rapid, flexible, intuitive, platform independent business intelligence.

Enhancement Summary:

Now the red / orange / grey dot beside items can be used to know if there are any warnings or errors regarding stock presence or failed validations. The red stands for an error, orange for warning and grey for reset filter. Once selected items have displayed errors or warning, by clicking on the Filter button the user can choose to see either items with errors or items with warning and then resolve the issues of error or warning as required. The reset filter allows the filtering principle to be cleared.

  2. Try to search for a record based on some criteria.
  3. Observe that all the results of the search for a particular criteria are not showing in one page. It is being shown in the pages they are actually located. If the search has one output in page 1 and the next output is in page 2 in list view. Then the search result is also showing in the same way, i.e. the first output is showing in page 1 and the next one is showing in page 2.
