Scenario:

Deposit amount is showing wrong value in POS Order Summary Analytic Report when different items are present in POS Order. 

Example:

Suppose for a particular POS Order-
Order status = Pending
Order Qty = 3
Pending Order value = 147
Deposit Held = 20
Pending Payment = 127
But in the POS Order Summary Analytic Report, the values reflected are:
Deposit Held = 40
Pending amount =107

38943 In HO, unable to import from Excel Process Master data

  2. Attempt to export the data.

  2. Run the POS Installation Setup.
  3. Run the POS Operation Setup (Ginesys POS 1-2-3)
  4. Observe that the following error is diaplayed on failure of the 3rd Step or First Sync - 
    "Cannot insert the value NULL into column ''URL'', table ''NPOS.dbo.POSSMSGateway''; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails. The statement has been terminated."
