20745 LR partial receive is now allowed from LR Workbench

Enhancement Summary:

Now users have an option to do partial Gate Entry from LR workbench. System will not automatically process all the Pending Quantity of LR in GE.
The random bale unloading that takes place irrespective of the LR will not hamper the post unloading gate entry done in the system. Count of Bales can now be tagged in LR through LR Workbench so on-spot reconciliation of Actual Bale qty (LR wise) can now be done with system LR Quantity.

Removed field

The Declared Amount field has been removed to provide more clarity in the form.

20747 General Journal / Voucher Import Excel now supports multiple dates

Enhancement Summary:

Now Ginesys will allow general voucher / journal upload for multiple dates at one go. The manual task of creating date wise Excel and uploading for each date is very cumbersome and time taking, so now system will allow multi date voucher / journal upload via CSV/Excel. 

Tips for Excel Upload

  1. If multiple dates are given in excel for upload, do not select date from data import wizard screen.

  2. Journal_ref & voucher_ref in General Journal excel import & General Voucher excel import respectively are unique fields and values can not get repeated against multiple dates in an excel upload.

22008 Unable to revert auto generated TDS Journal

Scenario:

  1. Go to Ginesys Desktop > Finance > TDS > TDS Journal.
  2. Create a Service Invoice and generate Auto TDS Journal.
  3. Delete the adjustment from Journal.
  4. Go to TDS Journal module and click on Revert Posting button.
  5. Observe that a message is shown - Unable to Revert.
