Validation added for 'Maximum 16 characters' in outgoing documents for GST compliance

Enhancement Summary:

As per the Government rules and law, maximum 16 character numbering series needs to be maintained. So we have provided a validation for the same and if you try to create any document starting '1st July, 2017' with any numbering scheme greater than 16 characters, system will not allow you to save the document.

You will receive an 'error log' in which it will be specified 'Maximum 16 characters allowed..'. You will have to use any numbering scheme whose total length shouldn't be greater than 16 characters.

Note: We shall be releasing GST Document Number concept soon, and then we shall remove this validation.

"Item.HSNSACMasterId" check constraint violated in Data Sync at POS.

Scenario:

Modify an item, then create a new HSN/SAC Code and then again modify the same item to tag the HSN/SAC Code. This was resulting in a sync error. This has been fixed.
