HSN master was not syncing to stores

Scenario:

GST rates when tagged to HSN using excel import was not getting synced to store as event tracking was not taking place. We have ensured that when you update or add rates using excel import to any HSN, the same will get synced to all stores.

'Tax slab' in case of Price List calculation was not picking up correctly

Scenario:

When 'Include Tax' was selected as 'before markdown' and the GST rate was defined with slab basis as 'Net Price', then the slab rate was picking up as per the price post applying discount. Since 'before markdown' was selected, the net price on which tax should be calculated becomes the price before discount.

For example, an Item with RSP Rs. 1120.00 was selected and 30 % discount was applied. The slab should be considered as per Rs. 1120.00 and not Rs. 784.00.
