25207 Accounts Group has now been transferred to Ginesys Web as part of the Setup of the Finance Module

Enhancement Summary:

Accounts Group allows the segregation of the various accounts into groups and sub groups for easier management of the organization’s books of accounts.

The major UI changes are as follows:

• The earlier tree structure has been simplified into two separate main groups – Assets and Liabilities and Income and Expense.
• Applicable actions for the nodes can be operated by right click on them. The menu that opens changes dynamically depending on the selected node.
• Parent group name for the nodes can now be changed easily through drag and drop to the desired group in the list view itself. Parent group for Assets and Liabilities cannot be changed to Income and Expenses and vice-versa. 
• Group name can now be Deleted only if group is neither tagged with any ledgers nor has any child group under it.

25211 Sub Ledger - Employees has now been transferred to Ginesys Web as part of the Setup of the Finance Module

Enhancement Summary:

 The Sub ledger, or subsidiary ledger, is a subset of the general ledger used in accounting. The Sub ledger shows detail of the accounting records. Sub Ledger-Employees allows the organizations to get a single point origin for report of all organizational financial transactions with their employees.

30034 Narration master has now been transferred to Ginesys Web as part of the Setup of the Finance Module

Enhancement Summary:

The Narration is actually a meaningful description for the application of each general ledger. Suppose the user has to use the same narration every month for the salaries paid – Salaries paid for the month of <Name of Month> - he can select it from a list of narration when working with the applicable ledger instead of repetitive typing.

31460 Removal of License for extinct sites to reallocate them to other sites

Enhancement Summary:

In the Ginesys HO License Manager, an option has been provided where the license - for allocated users of any extinct POS sites - can be revoked and the license for the allocated users from those extinct sites can be re-used for other non-extinct sites.

32258 Unable to modify 'Default' user profile

32476 Item rate is becoming zero when the user provides the discount from Allow Rate / Discount module in Delivery Challan Adhoc

Scenario:

1. Open the delivery challan module.
2. Populate the item rate from any option like scan item or select item.
3. Now open the Allow Rate / Discount Change module & provide the discount.
4. When the user clicks populate button then the item rate is becoming zero.
