3. Say GV Category A2 is created as below...
   1. Prefix, Suffix are null. 
   2. Auto number segment length = 3 
   3. Padding Character = 0
   4. Start from = 251
      
      
4. Thus sample number is showing 00251 and allowing to save the category.
   
   
5. Now observe, both of the category belongs to the same sample number '0000X' and GV generated from A1 category will be restricted on creating 251st GV for duplicate one which has been already created from category A2.
