Scenario:

1. Go to Retail Management > Promotion > Manage > Assortment.
2. Open an existing Assortment.
3. Add an item which is already present in that Assortment and save.
4. Observe that the following error message is showing - Duplicate Item/assortment record found in Include Items. Unable to save.

5209 Cannot Save record: Reason: check constraint (TTLT.C_INVLGTNOTE_QTY1_LGTRECQTY) violated - Error message is showing while modifying existing GRC

1. Ginesys Web > Procurement > Operations > Goods In/Out > Receipts
2. Click on Add to create a GRC with Gate Entry and Logistics details.
3. Re-open that GRC in modify mode.
4. Make some changes (e.g. change item quantity)
5. Now, Calculate Charges and save.
6. Observe that the following error message is showing : Cannot Save record: Reason: check constraint (TTLT.C_INVLGTNOTE_QTY1_LGTRECQTY) violated

5279 Charge percentage / amount is getting rounded off to 2 decimal places in Procurement Charge master

5312 An internal error occurred during your request. - Error message is showing while scanning barcode which is not available in Item Master

2. Click on Scan Item.
3. Scan any barcode which is not available in Item Master.

4. Observe that the following error message is showing : An internal error occurred during your request.
   

   Note: This problem is happening throughout the whole software (in Web).

   
   

5343 Charge is rounding off automatically to 2 decimal places in GRC

Scenario:

1. Go to Ginesys Web > Procurement > Setup > Invoice Overheads > Charge
2. Create a Charge with Percentage up to 3 decimal value (e.g. 0.125) and allow user to modify in document
3. Tag the above charge in a Term.
4. Go to Ginesys Web > Procurement > Operations > Goods In/Out > Receipts.
5. Click on Add to create a GRC.
6. Select vendor and that created Term.
7. Select some items & calculate charges.
8. Click on the Charge.
9. Now, change the factor to 1.126 and apply.
10. Observe that the charge is rounding off to 1.13.

5368 Incorrect GLCODE was being created

5373 In GRC, name of modifier is incorrectly becoming same as creator of the GRC

5384 Unable to Generate GS1 Code in Manage Item

2.  Go to Manage ltem.

4. Set ICODE_Barcode as Barcode.
5. Try to generate the GS1 Code.
6. Observe that GS1 Code cannot be generated.

5387 Vendor Name is not getting updated in the Item master when changed from a GRC

4. Create a GRC with that Item with another Vendor (e.g. Vendor B)
5. Here, Vendor Name is not updated at Item Master

5388 Cannot read record. Could not load an entity. - Error showing when a Miscellaneous Entry is edited
