26540 Additional Cess (Kerala Flood Cess) impact has been added to the tax recalculation process. Additional cess will now be calculated in recalculate tax similar to calculation done while POS bill preparation.

Enhancement Summary:

Additional Cess (Kerala Flood Cess) impact has been added to the tax recalculation process. Additional cess will now be calculated in recalculate tax similar to calculation done while POS bill preparation.

Since this update will only be effective for the stores in Kerala, we have released a minor version to facilitate the update process. You won't be required to update entire chain of stores just to have this recalculation process to be effective. The steps will be as follows:
  • Update Head Office to version 11.148.7.
  • Update Kerala store(s) to version 1.148.4.
  • Send recalculate request for the days (as desired) for Kerala store(s).
In case by mistake you update HO only and Kerala store is not updated, the tax calculation will show mismatch between HO & Store. You can then update the store and resend the recalculate tax request.
