Scenario:

1. Go to Procurement - Operation - Goods In/Out - Receipts.
2. Open a GRC document in edit mode, where there is no logistics document tagged to the vendor.
3. Try to change the vendor name.

4. Observe that if user tries to modify vendor in edit mode the application shows wrong validation message "Logistics information for the existing vendor is tagged in the receipt. Please remove the tagging to modify vendor name."

   Note: This issue is only available for Firefox browser.
