Scenario:

Issue 1:
1. Open Assign Organization Site form.
2. Click on Assign button.
3. In site information, site name was not aligned with 'Site Name' column heading.

Issue 2:
1. Open Assign Organization Site form.
2. Click on Assign button.
3. Select a vendor, which already has a few assigned sites, from the 'Name' drop down.
4. Click few times just before name of a site, it will clear site's name and site must be selected again.

Issue 1:

While editing an existing assortment, when item selection is done through Documents option, No document found message is being shown. But a document that fulfills all search criteria does actually exist.

Issue 2:

Newly selected items remove the previously saved items instead of being appended to the list; while editing an existing assortment.
